Here is a tutorial I have been working on for quite a while now. I tried to sum it up in 20 steps, but as you can see its quite long and quite big. The image is about 2 megs so it may take some time to load up.
I used Photoshop 7 for this tutorial, so im not sure how accurate it is with other versions. Also this tutorial is sort of advanced so for those of you just starting, you may have a hard time understanding some things. Whatever you dont understand, simply look up in the help file to see if its there. If you still need help understanding some things, let me know and Ill see what I can do.
I covered a large section of clouds in the tutorial since that was what most people questioned me about. I hope I did a good job of explaining it. Enjoy.
